Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)
We use ANPR surveys as one of our traffic survey methods. We commonly used them for origin / destination surveys where a 100% classified sample is the aim.
We also use ANPR for Off Street Parking Surveys. (Link here to Off Street Parking Surveys) This is due to getting a maximal sample rate and / or vehicle classification. We are able to collect data on entry / exit / accumulation and duration of stay.
ANPR is the premium method for these types of traffic surveys guaranteeing greatest results.

- Remote decentralised IP cameras for the initial fieldwork
- Classification of vehicles by manual intervention
- Time/Date stamped HH:MM:SS classified registration plate records are then analysed to client requirements.
